Meghan Cline

Welcome, dear reader!  However you’ve stumbled across my blog, I am happy you’re here.  I am passionate about helping discover their happiest, healthiest and most powerful self through writing, teaching, coaching and occasionally making how-to kitchen videos that are an adventure in cinematography, culinary arts and making a fool out of myself.

I’m a certified life coach and the nutrition research coordinator of a NIH-funded study at Wake Forest University.  I have my bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, and my Master’s from Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health.

I am a fearless cook, a slow runner, a photographer, a writer, a Riesling drinker, the wife of a medical resident, and the momma of a rescued Sheltie with separation anxiety.  I was born in New York, but have made a home south of the Mason-Dixon line in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

I can’t wait to get to know you.  Please stay awhile.

Please contact me for information on coaching, retreats and speaking engagements at megcline at gmail dot com.  (Written that way to avoid robots, but I assume you know what to do.)
