So often, my logical thoughts (like this isn&#039;t the best choice, this food has too many ingredients, isn&#039;t healthy) are run over by my emotional &quot;need&quot; to have something. It isn&#039;t a fair fight...logic seems to be the underdog, and my emotions have some type of chemical pull or intensity that are stronger. For me the challenge is to disarm or drain the power of those emotional responses, and increase the power of the logical ones...</description>
